We’re delighted to congratulate Will Atkins from our Commercial Property and Block Management team on achieving his Level 3 Associate Qualification in Leasehold Management from The Property Institute (TPI).
The qualification recognises Will’s expertise in residential leasehold management and covers a broad range of topics relevant to the effective management of leasehold properties, helping to ensure our clients continue to receive the highest level of professional service.
Will works across both our Commercial Property and Block Management teams, supporting clients throughout Shropshire. His day-to-day role involves working with landlords and tenants on a wide range of property management matters, including leasehold and tenancy management, service charge budgeting, compliance and the management of building maintenance/improvement projects.
Speaking about his achievement, Will said:
