• We’ve been using Cooper Green Pooks to fully manage two of our rental properties for over two years now and have been extremely pleased with the service.
They’ve done an excellent job of finding us fantastic tenants and take care of everything … More that comes with managing the properties,.
We’ve had a great experience with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords looking for a reliable, professional letting agent.

• Ellie Thorne recently handled a letting for us at a beautiful rural property. Finding a suitable tenant was challenging as the property is quite unique in a lot of ways, but Ellie used her considerable resources to find what we are sure … More will be a great tenant. The process was dealt with professionally and the communication was excellent. I couldn’t recommend CGP more. What can be a difficult process was made a lot easier with Ellie’s efforts. Thank you!
