Comprising a ground floor shop unit with a sales area of about 116 sq m it is within the Radbrook Green Shopping Centre, anchored by the Co-op Store and located about 1½ miles south west of the town centre. Other traders within the centre include florists, dry cleaners, sub post office, hairdressers, etc.
Extra Care Charitable Trust will offer help and advice from the shop unit as well as sales of clothing, gifts, household goods etc. The shop is the latest addition to a chain of about sixty providing additional income to fund the Trust’s charitable activities.
Cooper Green Pooks acted for the centre owners, an Oxford based property company. The asking rent was around £15,000 per annum exclusive.
