Cooper Green Pooks (Commercial Property Consultants) are pleased to report the letting of Unit 1, Maverick Business Park, Monkmoor Road, Shrewsbury with Topaz Dance School becoming the new occupiers.
The new dance school will be located within a warehouse unit comprising main open plan area, offices and toilets, although they intend to make significant alterations to the unit including a new glazed frontage.
