Andrew is Head of Commercial Agency, bringing over 30 years of experience as an MRICS. His career is multi-sector, including supermarkets, high street retail, offices and warehousing in tenant, consultancy and development roles. He thrives on deal-making and business growth, working closely with clients to drive success. Andrew specialises in leasing, sales, restructuring and complex site acquisitions.

James is an Apprentice Surveyor currently studying for a degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University. He joined Cooper Green Pooks in 2021 and is involved in commercial lettings, sales, acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals. Outside of work James is a competitive cyclist who races on the road and in the velodrome at a national level.

Sophie is the Commercial Team Coordinator at Cooper Green Pooks, bringing five years of experience across lettings, photography, and virtual tours. She now oversees commercial listings, marketing materials, and administration. With a background in Fine Art and History of Art, Sophie brings creativity to every aspect of her role.
