Cooper Green Pooks (Commercial Property Consultants) are pleased to report the sale of The Packing Shed at Roden (off Roden Lane) to Coopers Gourmet Sausage Rolls, a family run business based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire who believe in producing the finest gourmet sausage rolls.
Coopers was founded in 2009 by experienced chef and Shropshire Delicatessen owner Ivan Watkiss. They have a simple philosophy and that is to source ingredients primarily from 30 miles of Shrewsbury, secondly from Shropshire producers and then from other quality suppliers within the UK wherever possible. Anyone who has tasted their delicious products will no doubt agree that they are bigger, heavier and tastier than their fast food namesakes
Alessio Dyfnallt, who handled the sale on behalf of the owners, said “We are delighted to have arranged this sale. There was considerable interest in the property which offers industrial and storage space with approx. 4 acres of agricultural land. Coopers are a local company who saw the advantages of the Packing Shed and we wish them well in their new premises.”
